Daily Activities include:
Updating internal systems to follow up and update customers
Answer and process a variety of customer calls/emails.
Coordinating and maintaining support to a variety of areas to ensure work is completed on a timely manner
Utilize the latest systems to log day to day activity
Monitor and report on the activities of all customer enquiries
What you need to succeed:
High level keyboard skills and experience in Windows applications;
Excellent reading, high attention to detail, comprehension and short-term memory; and
Able to work rotational shifts 24/7.
