a) How do I report unauthorized transactions (Fraudulent)?
If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorize, let us know right away in the Resolution Center:
b) I received the downloadable digital products that are not as described. Can I dispute the payment?
Ans: If you are not happy with that purchase we can only provide one-time store credit (Only for Ebook) within the first 14 days of your purchase. No refunds for websites, video courses & Software (Please refer back to our refund policy)
c) I received Service (any of the E-com course) didn't work for me. Can I dispute the payment?
