We will not offer refunds if the client is requesting a refund due to a change in circumstances or a change in the project scope that was not previously agreed upon.
2. Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, the client must contact us via email or phone and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and determine whether a refund is eligible. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit.
3. Cancellation Policy: If the client wishes to cancel the service before the work has started, we will issue refund under reasonable circumstances. However, if the client cancels the service after the work has started, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the amount of work completed and the resources used.
4. Project Termination: If the client terminates the project for any reason before the work is completed, we reserve the right to charge for the work completed up to that point. The amount charged will be based on the resources used and the amount of work completed.
5. Change in Scope: If the client requests a change in the project scope that was not previously agreed upon, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the service accordingly. The client will be notified of any price adjustments before the work is started.
6. No Refunds for Completed Work: We do not offer refunds for completed work. If the client is not satisfied with the completed work, we will work with them to make any necessary adjustments to ensure their satisfaction.
7. Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises between the client and SEO Digital Club regarding a refund, we will work with the client to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable manner. If we are unable to reach a resolution, we may involve a third-party mediator to help resolve the dispute.
